Return Policy

For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our website, you can return or exchange that merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.


RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

To be within the 14 day time limit, the return/exchange must be initiated by way of contacting us by phone at 212-418-9630 or by sending us an email at madison@eredipisano.com within those 14 days indicating the order number and the email address used when registering on the site. At that point, you will receive confirmation that you have initiated the return and can proceed with the return shipping of the items you wish to return or exchange.

Return shipping is processed by you independently and at your cost. If, however, you prefer that we provide you with a return shipping label, we can certainly provide that for US addresses only and will deduct $10 from the return amount for that service. If there is no return amount as in the case of an exchange, a payment request for the $10 will be sent to you.


The return shipment must contain either the packing list or the original purchase receipt. On the packing list or receipt you must indicate which items are to be returned or exchanged.


You may also return items in person by bringing them to the address above. When bringing the items to that address, the returns must follow the same procedures listed here including return initiation within 14 days of delivery, bringing packing list or original receipt, etc. Adherance to this procedure will be verified and determined by our online team. Acceptance of return of the items by a salesperson in the store does not mean the items have been cleared for return and does not guarantee a refund or exchange will be issued. That determination will be finalized by the online team.


The shipment of the returned products and any risks related to it are entirely borne by the customer. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn, unwashed in their original packaging and complete with all the labels and any attached manuals. Footwear must be returned inside its original box and the return can be refused if the box is damaged.


Our warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to verify their integrity. Once the returned merchandise has been accepted, in the event of a return, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products, or in the event of an exchange we will ship out the exchange items.


If items are sent or brought back to us without following the above procedures (i.e. return initiation within 14 days of delivery, including packing list or receipt of purchase in shipment, items damaged or not in original condition) we reserve the right to send the items back to you and not provide an exchange or refund.


Refunds are processed within approximately 3 - 5 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. If you paid by PayPal account, refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE OR FINAL SALE.
